• 1 cup Williamson Kenwood pancake mix (your favorite flavor)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
Place pancake mix and butter together in a small bowl. Mix the butter into the pancake mix until it is well incorporated and it resembles the texture of cornmeal. Add the milk and mix gently just until moistened. Form the dough into a ball and place onto a floured cutting board. Pat dough out into a circle about 1 inch thick. Prepare a baking sheet with Reynold's Wrap Release Nonstick Foil or nonstick cooking spray. Cut into 4 equal triangles and place them 2 inches apart onto baking sheet. Bake in a 375°F oven for 13-15 minutes.
