Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with a spoon or electric mixer. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet lined with Reynold's Wrap Release Nonstick Foil or sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Flatten each cookie ball to 1/4 inch in height with the bottom of a drinking glass. Bake in a 375°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
